Interview was unique. Not your standard competency based questions, was more about your values and questioned about how you’d react in certain situations. It was quite a difficult interview that you can’t really prepare for you just have to naturally be a good fit.
Simulación de un asesoramiento telefónico, simulando una llamada real entre el cliente y el teleoperador. Después de ello, recibía feedback y lo repetía pero en inglés, haciéndome además preguntas adicionales en inglés.
Foi calmo e tranquilo me senti confortável , a empresa e muito segura e gostei dos benefícios, pra primeira experiência com entrevista achei bem tranquilo espero conseguir essa vaga na verisure

Primero te hacen llamada telefónica en la que entiendo que se hace una pequeña criba, la segunda fase es una entrevista grupal con bastantes personas, y por último te hacen una llamada final indicando si has sido seleccionado.
