The firm is full of really nice people, definitely some midwestern hospitality here. Overall people were sharp. The Process comprised of Two phone interviews, One Zoom call and a 4hr in-person interview at HQ.

Easy Behavioral Questions
Don't waste your time with this company. They have a lengthy interview process and don't have the decency to let you know what's on or give you a simple update. Interviewed roughly 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back.

Quick to respond however was not selected for round two. The process was very quick but did not feel the HR person cared that much. It is unclear what they are looking for in the candidate.
