Interview
First there was a phone screen - standard programming question. Within a week I was then invited to their NYC office where I spent about 4 hours doing interviews with different engineers. There was an algorithms session, a pair programming session, and 2 other friendly discussion sessions. I heard back very soon after with the decision.

Interview
Flew me out for the interview on-site after an in-person interview. Tough interview questions, but very practical. Interview process is constructed very well, and I had a chance to talk with a lot of members of the team and ask about the company and working there in general. Will interview again next year.
