Varonis Systems Territory Development Representative interview questions

Met with three different managers after a quick phone interview with HR. They asked me to sell a pen. I have heard various other scenarios. After the initial phone interview they have you come into the NYC office and sit in a conference room. The interview lasted around 2 hours. About 45 minutes with a manager, Director, and either a peer or another manager.

They brought me in for an interview with three people, one of whom was in the position I was applying for and seemed specifically to be there to tell me how awesome it was and what a great opportunity it was. The second was a manager who asked some decent questions about my motivations, especially around sales, and what I wanted to get out of this job. The last person was a senior level exec who seemed only to be there to make you feel terrible about yourself and your experience and grind you down.
