Interview is a simple general interview and also internal certification exams that you have to complete including addressing and answering problems you would see on the job. Interviewers seemed distracted after showing up late. HR wasn’t a good communicator often talking days to weeks worth next step.

3-phase interview process that moved along very quickly. Senior leadership made a compelling case on Varonis, although mid-management didn't seem strong. There wasn't any mock demos or presentations, however I did significant research on the company beforehand and communicated this well.
