phone call with the FP&A manager, a two hours test in excel, and afterwards two meetings, one with the manger and one with the CFO, and after that a meeting with HR.

Initial was with a 3rd party recruitment group who did a solid job of prep for stage 1. That stage was with direct manager who was very into brass tax (what is current role, how do you source territory, attainment, etc). Next stage was one level up in the leadership chain with regional manager. From there it was noted there's 2 more steps including an in person and a larger round table with the national manager for sales.
