Varonis Systems Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

3 round process. Final interview was a panel presentation to present a mock quarterly business review. I was given no feedback on the call and told approx. 1 week after via an automated email that I didn't receive the offer. I was told to be prepared to speak on the product. A peer of mine went through the process and received a verbal offer but was then rejected with no explanation. I would not recommend this company.
