Vans Store Manager interview questions

Two stage, one with line manager one with district and above. Basic questions. Tried to focus on the personal questions and didn't really ask about any KPIs or results. Very informal.

Video Interview done after a difficult time getting it scheduled. Interview went well. Getting interview scheduled was a bit of a challenge. Would much prefer face to face interview. Would recommend being given a choice of how to interview, especially for this level of job.
