I applied online. I interviewed at Vans (Emeryville, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was boring a lot of it is just formalities but nothing unexpected. Lots of watching training videos and doing tasks to show that you can be minimally competent. My experience after that was great though!

Question 1
What would you do if a customer has a question you don't know the answer to?
Group interview they really just want to get to know you, just be yourself. The interview wasn't very stressful at all. just have examples of difficult situations from past jobs in mind.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vans (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
I applied online and I immediately had to do an online interview that records your answers. It was very weird and uncomfortable, although you get the time to think of an answer it was still difficult. I never heard back and I assumed they didn’t hire me. About a month after they call me about my application and ask me some questions about me. Pretty easy. They mainly called asking for a “group” interview but it ended up being 1 on 1. That’s ok, I preferred it with less people since we’re in crazy times. They asked me the same questions but they wanted me to be more specific. The same day they told me I’d be a great fit, I didn’t want to bring my hopes up. A couple days later my email was filled with online documents and an offer letter. You fill out required forms online.
