I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Vans (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Applied to Vans online. Got a call couple days later from the store manager to come in for a group interview. The group interview consisted of two managers and 5 of us candidates. Overall the interview was really chill and fun compared to other job interviews. The managers were really friendly and nice. If I were to give advice, dress up like you would imagine employees at vans would dress up and just be yourself!

Interview
Applied online. Called twice within two weeks. Finally got a call back. It was a group interview. It was 5 of us in total. The interview was mad chill. He explained that it was a seasonal position (I ain't know that but whatever) but if we did a really good job than we could stay. It was only four questions. Got a call 2 days later saying that he would love to hire me.
