Interview
Was a very relaxed interview. I didn't get the job because even though it was a temp job, they found out I was leaving for college right before the back to school season where they really needed me. I appreciate them directly and nicely telling me I didn't get the job, unlike other companies I've interviewed that wouldn't even bother contacting me after the interview to at least tell me I didn't get the job. The guy I interviewed was very polite and cool and even offered to help me get a job in a Vans at the state I was going to college in if they were open for jobs. Overall a great experience, even if I didn't get the job.

Interview
There are usually 2 interviews one most likely with the assistant manager next with the store manager. They are all group interviews by the way. It also helps to wear vans or show some interest in the brands apparel. Also, if you are worried about piercings or tattoos do not worry most vans locations allow these things. I would also have to say that they prefer people that have finished high school and are 18 due to their availability.

Interview
Extremely laid back and easy. Vans is a very chill workplace, so the interview is not difficult at all. I was interviewed in a group with 3 other people, and almost all of us got hired lol.
