Due to new store opening, interviews were done in groups. The environment was very laid back, and more relaxed questions opened the interview before getting into customer service and experiences. Vans very much tries to find a fit for their brand and philosophies, so you'll get that vibe from the questions they ask. They called about a week after the interview for a more pointed follow up and training.
