Vans Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process was pretty easy. I had to do a group interview with about 6-8 people. After the interview I received a phone call they told me that I got the job. I was hired as a temp for the summer along with others. I made the cut and got to stay with the company for 4 years working my way up.

Easy hiring process, I was hired on the spot. Just be friendly and smile and enthusiastic about wanting to work there. Know what you want from the job and how you’re able to grow within their company
