It was a ten minute zoom call. it was a very short, not intimidating meeting. They only hire people who are above 18 years old, which I thought was surprising but honestly makes the work environment more relaxed because managers don’t have to “babysit” teens at their first jobs.

Question 1
What’s your availability? What does customer service mean to you?
The interview I was called into was a one on one conversation with store manager in the stock room. He asked me a few questions and it all was rather low key and not too complicated.
Part of the application process requires that you participate in a video interview before being directly interviewed by a hiring manager. I've done this interview process many times (as a returning seasonal) and as nerve-wracking as it may seem, it's not too bad. Interview questions tend to ask about your ability to work in a team and what you would do in tough situations where you make a mistake or have to deal with intense customers. Other questions ask you about your personality and why you like the brand, so be prepared for "non-experience" questions.
