Vans interview questions

It was pretty simple, I applied online then they called me about 2 weeks later for an interview. Its a group interview so be prepared for that. And you don't have to wear anything fancy, just something casual, something you would see the other employees wearing.

They called after few weeks I applied, to interview me for a first group interview. First stage interview is a group of 5ppl, simply introduce yourself to everyone as ice-breaking, HR/2Managers were in the room to give you marks on their papers. Then they had given a case study, that you needed to make a decision what to do and discuss why also compromise with all the members. Secondly, there was a 1 on 1 role play, to see how you deal with problems as being a supervisor. A week after, they called for 1 on 1 2nd interview with the general manager, like normal interview, to ask you to introduce yourself, tell him about your working experience, the responsibilities of previous jobs etc. They said they will contact after 1week because they still needed to arrange where to put the people in since they are not only hiring one supervisor at that time. Yet, no one called back, I've tried to reach the HR through email, office phone numbers and even mobile no. text, just to ask if they have found someone else or still in process, the HR seemed like disappeared. A week after, he replied my SMS and said he would call me on the date afternoon but still disappeared again, which is very awkward.
