Interview
The interview was group style and simple. We were asked about our interests and why we think we are a good fit for the brand. There was also a quick test on what we would hypothetically offer random people if they were to come into the store.
Online interview through hire view, aimed at getting to know your personality. Recorded questions that you had one try to answer, about 2 minutes per questions. Then they reach out via phone call to set up an in person interview if selected to move forward.
