      Lead Sales Associate Interview

      Jan 18, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vans in Jan 2016

      Interview

I went in and waiting a bit around the store till the manager had the chance for the interview. He was chill and nice. We went to the back and he asked questions about past employment, my strength and weakness, and talked about the company in general and how his store works and does during the year. It was a bit boring, not really upbeat or out of the ordinary. He explained the hiring process. I didn't get to choose the store, ended up being called by the outlets and I wasn't really interested.
