After applying, you record yourself with questions about your experience, the brand, and different retail scenarios. If management likes your responses, a video conference interview is completed. More questions about your experience and style. The videos are viewed by store management team and leads.

Tell us about a time when you had to deal with rejection and how did you handle it?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
