I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vans in Aug 2013
Interview
I first submitted an application online. And they called me after 2 weeks and I was in a group interview. We were about 7 people. I believe I was the only one who stood out among everyone not only because of how I wore my clothing but also with my answers. The best is you should have the knowledge about vans itself. Make some research and come prepared, that is what I did. One girl was like "i dont actually know what vans is and i dont have a pair" and OF COURSE it totally ruined her image. Our interview was really laid back and you know just getting to know ourselves. I was shock because usually if you get in the first interview with the group, the next day you'll come in for an interview with the manager. but what happened to us is that the manager suddenly sat with us and told us that she will be deciding the same day.
