Very simple group interview at first then got called back for a second one on one interview. Real basic questions about situations and the company. They ask you questions about yourself and your experience or personal hobbies or interests. They mainly want to see if you have that "selling" personality and seem friendly while having the brands look

What do you know about vans and why do you want to work here?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
