Valeo Junior Embedded Software Engineer interview questions

The process was going well starting from the entry test to the technical interview , till I meet that HR lady , the interview was so deceiving I thought it was friendly but I realized how unfair it was when they told me that I'm rejected due to my application PS , they told me I'm blocked for 2 years Dear recruiters in Valeo Egypt , how you choose your employees !

The process contains from 5 stages: 1- computer based MCQ technical exam starting with questions about software engineering and the difference between quality assurance and quality control they were about 10 questions and then some questions about c programming and some tricky questions on pointers and the size of the code. Some questions about the difference between can and lin automotive communication protocols mainly about the max bit rate. 2- English exam it was divided into two sections the first section was mcq questions contains grammer or meaning of words and passage about any topic and some questions on it and the second section was writing a paragraph 3- Technical interview. 4- HR interview. 5- The final stage is GM interview.
