Valeo interview questions

Had to go through three technical interview and one Hr, where the first two was with a team leader and the 3rd interview is with the management. The technical interview lasted for 5 Hours discussing motor control algorithms and inverter hardware design.

HR round through phone is first. Then 4 managers take the interviews for round 1. There is a possibility for round 2 if a candidate clears round 1. Another internal candidate was chosen. Valeo is unable to match the market rate for experienced candidates.
