Applied at 10.30 pm, Interview call next day at 11 am. It was an on sight interview contrary to telephonic screening interview. Just one round and no technical interview. Overall the interview was good and little bit unexpected. Only thing that needs to be considered is the location of this company.

Small panel of interviewers, HR and the section manager. Nice informal surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. Didn't ask anything too difficult but seeing as I was changing roles I did not have enough experience.
