Interview
one hr screening round plus one technical round from senior manager of the team followed by hr round. i have had very tough time with HR though. after getting technically selected they lingered me for 2 weeks. first said the there is confirmation pending from director. afterwards, they said there is CTC approval pending. meanwhile i didn't join a start up hoping this will be an offer. but after i told them that i have not joined the company. The same recruiter called after 2 days and told me that MY PROFILE IS ON HOLD. Seriously?! I am of nowhere now. you played with me. this is so unprofessional and ridiculous. guys be careful with Valeo. they are not trustworthy of their promises.
Applied through their portal, HR Screening then Technical Interview and finally a managerial interview. This was a backend role and they asked general software questions. Interviewers were professional but I didn't get any feedback for months and I was not rejected on the portal.
very good and involving all the intellectual property and this make every one mind bogling and that will help to grow in the automotive industry and also that makes us happy with the valeo round there is happy employees and enjoyable work environment

Good and very cool .the interviewer was cool to listen all the explanartions. It took for around one hour and all the basic questions and the communciation skills were tested
