I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Valeo (Martos) in Jan 2017
Interview
Was much easier than i expected. I suggest people to send CV to the company, not just only apply on job boards as linkedIn,etc. It depends of the interviwer, but if you are confident about yourself and your possibilities and you worked hard in the past to become a trustworthy engineer, you are able to get the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your CV. Did you live an erasmus exoperience? Do you speak in english? (few minutes talking about different topics) What do you want to become in 3 and 5 years? Do you know something about the job you are applying for?
Normally its just one interview, with HR and the technical team. He questions are not so difficult and there is no real set format to the interviews and each manager does it very different to the next, so you may get a heavy technical interview or you may not.
