Interview process was unorganized. Me and couple other candidates were called at 09:00 am and the interview started at 02:30 pm. We weren't offered even water. When we asked one of the HR person if we can have lunch because we were carrying our tiffins with us, her reply was "can't you wait without having lunch for one day?" After 02:30 pm, their junior HR trainee (I got to know this after joining the company) and communication manager took first round of interview, wherein interviewees were more confident than the interviewers. For second round they called us next day at 08:30 am & next day again nothing happened until 01:00 pm. In short, no one values your time or your money that you spend for travelling so far from the city to reach their office.
Once the interview was over, next communication was a speedy process. But beware, they make fake promises in interview. I was told that "because we do not know how good you are, we are now taking you on third party and withing 3 months we will take you on Valeo Payroll." which by the way never happened in next year and a half and eventually, I resigned.
