I was asked to interview with Vail Resorts and was prompted to use their chatbot "Olivia" to schedule my interview. The road to working at Vail Resorts ended here, as booking through "Olivia" proved impossible.
"Olivia" offered me one time option, which did not work for my schedule. She declined my requests for alternative times as well as my repeated requests to speak with a human. She just kept asking "do you want to cancel?" even though I had not scheduled anything yet.
A few days after my exchange with the chatbot, I got a text from the chatbot letting me know that the position had been filled.
Vail Resorts, if you are reading this, please consider how this type of experience negatively impacts how jobseekers perceive your company and do better.
It was a standard first interview and a second technical interview. The second interview was supposed to have multiple interviewers but only one person who was new in her role showed up. We had a pleasant conversation about the difficulties of getting accurate GPS signals in remote areas.

good at starting . but need to prepare more. But the second round was challenging . there was a online test round . after that two technical rounds, first round is average , and I think second round will be easy.
