The interview process was very straightforward. The initial interview is a phone screen with the Human Resources Department. The phone screen is more conversational based and is focused around your experience, knowledge of the position, and overall fit with the company. The next step is a physical interview sometimes with a team of interviewers. The process was friendly and conversational with questions about difficult decision making, biggest learning moments in your career, and fit to culture of the company. There is definitely an emphasis on reliability and trust.
