Interview process was incredibly unorganized. I went through several rounds and never had ONE start on time. One round had me drive up there, sit and wait and then told me they couldn't fit me in. Another left me waiting for almost 50 minutes. It never felt like they were ready for me, instead it felt more like I was bothering them. Then they told me they would let me know in a FEW days and it took 2 more WEEKS and me asking THEM before they told me their decision. Seems very inconsiderate of someone else's time and energy all the way around.
