Zoom interview followed by reference check. Two interviewers. The process was quite fast and I got the offer in a few days. I had a referral too which certainly helped

Everyone was very personable and informative. The process was full proof. I especially appreciate how open to questions they are. I would recommend interviewing with them for any position. It may be scheduled between different time zones so just pay attention to that.

Tell me about a time you had to adjust to change.
The interview was consisted of standard questions on customer service and sales. If you have experience in both fields, you can easily answer the questions. The interview was about an hour long.
