applied through a referral and didn't hear back for at least a week. once communication channels started, process seemed to moved fairly quick. had phone screen and immediately moved to next stage - zoom call with two of their program managers. Zoom interview wasn't anything different from pre-COVID: 1. previous experience - how is it same or different 2. expectations - benchmarking, deadlines, current challenges 3. time to ask questions to sniff out fit

Then I had a call with two directors where they asked me multiple situational questions and at the end I had a call with the VP of the department and I had to do a presentation on something that I'm passionate about.
