I applied online. I interviewed at Universal Studios
Interview
First a phone interview and then a one-on-one interview then some IQ placement test. A few days of classroom training. Then they just throw you in, Hope you got everything.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Studios (Orlando, FL) in Jul 2012
Interview
As it's such a large company, the process of going in for your interview feels very much like a cattle run, even though they do their best to make it feel otherwise. You sit in a waiting area, watch a kids movie, and when your name is called you're led into a roomful of cubicles. The interview was composed of quick, easy questions, and the guy who interviewed me was warm and friendly. Even if you're an idiot like me, going in for your first job, and show up in jeans you thought looked nice enough, they'll kindly reschedule you.

Interview
They called me back to a cubicle in a room full of other cubicles. So you can hear other interviews going on but it wasn't distracting. She asked questions regarding my past employers, why I'd be a good fit for this job.. But they also asked me if I was okay with doing certain duties, can't remember if it was after or before they offered me the position but they brought out a book that showed the uniform and pictures of people who worked Third shift Park services and what kind of duties they did. It was pretty neat to know what I was getting myself into and if I really wanted to do it.
