Culinary fair, had open interviews and could select which job you wanted. Could select if you wanted to work in the Harry Potter world or for Starbucks. They hired on the spot, the process was pretty quick and allowed me to change my orientation date

I went in for a face to face interview and had talks with the associate manager and the senior manager of the department. Straight forward questions, and they really just want to see if you're a good fit for the role from personality to skills.
