I applied online. I interviewed at Universal Studios (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2020
Interview
Interviews with universal creative! It was a long process and had to interview with someone that screened candidates before going to the actual job interview. Very professional and the interviewers and csndidate screener where kind yet professional and kept the atmosphere pretty pleasant. It was a long process and questions where pertinent to skill level, expirience, comfort with tools and how you work in a team and more. So although I didn't feel uneasy the longer i was interviewed it still was a lot to answer so be ready for that! They really do want to have someone who works well with others and who will prioritize their own health and safety to perform well in the job.

Question 1
Whats your experience with carpentry?
Have you ever beeb in a situation where you saw a team member breaking safety rules, how did you handle it?
Have you ever suffered a work related injury?
it was very open and large, many people are getting interviewed and you have a one-on-one interview with the hiring team members, Very easy if you love to talk and are energetic depending on what position you are applying for. it was more like they got a feel for my personality while doing the interview. the questions were very easy and made you use common sense.
