Got an email about a day or so after applying for the position to come in for an interview. The interview itself was quite short like 5-10 or so. Hiring Manager asked general questions related to experience: Have you ever worked in customer service? How’ve you resolved guest complaints? Also asked questions related to the universal motto. What does guest service mean to you?
