It was a very lengthy process but they have a movie playing for you. Your have a pre interview to see if you're eligible to work for the company. Then, the interview with the manager for your workplace. Once hired, you go through the paperwork, fingerprinting, ID processing etc. That process took me about 6-7 hours.

Simple, easy interview. They asked me to go in detail over a recipe I knew how to make and asked general questions about myself and then they hired me on the spot.
