I applied online to Universal Studios website and received a response within the first month. The interview process is 2 days. The first interview is a standard presentation about the company and a warning about a background check. You then take a math test and if you pass you're ushered into a room where a person interviews you. My interviewer was very nice and conversational. He asked me about my past experience and what my favorite movie is. He then told me that he choose me for the next round of interviews. On my 2nd interview day it was a group of managers that watched a room of people do team building exercises and they picked the people they wanted for their different departments.
