One round and the interview was pretty conversational. Make sure you convey you're passionate about the IP and customer servicing. They want to see that you would help make the experience for visitors special and come across as friendly.

Fill out availability schedule. Take short math test. Get called in a giant room for 1 on 1 interview while others also get interviewed separately. Takes two days. 1st day is just to see if you are friendly. 2nd day is with the manager of the position you want. Have your ID and social security card for 2nd day.
