Overall, the process was straightforward:
1. Call with recruiter
2. Interview with hiring manager
3. Online technical assessment using Codility
4. Series of on-site interviews (5 in total). Interview questions were discussions around experience, behavioural, and technical.
During this process, the interviewer was very responsive to any questions I had and provided all resources I needed to prepare. The technical assessment was also reasonable for a senior developer.
Everyone I met at the onsite interviews was very friendly and accomodating. They want to see you succeed!
