Simple process: Initial phone interview, follow up phone interview; update with a verbal and written offer. The recruiter was curious to learn more about me and my background and shared a clear perspective on Unity and the specific role/responsibilities. Reviewed my resume and asked about my aspirations and reasons for being interested in Unity and in a new challenge. Shared thoughts on next steps and asked me if I had any additional questions.
