Unity interview questions

I did a first interview that was basically focused on my motivation and interests. Then, I was asked to complete a task within one week. Subsequently, I explained the project in front of two technical members of the Unity team.

A poorly organized interview process. Very American (for example to request 2 references from a current employer where I still work), and quite unusual for Nordics. They offered a small base salary, but a lot of company shares. I declined the offer. Guess what? After several months (at the time of this writting) Unity shares went down almost 3 times.
