Interview
I went through two video interviews, one with the hiring department and one with who would be my direct boss.
Afterwards I was sent a programming test, and never received a feedback until I sent a follow-up e-mail after 3 weeks asking about it.
Then on a Friday I was told that I would then take part on the last step of the process, only to be told on Monday that the hiring for the position had been stopped and that we could have a call to talk about it/see other possibilities, which after a month, never happened.
In the meantime, the position was published back again in LinkedIn.
Terrible communication and lack of honesty throughout the whole process.

Interview
1 call (15min), 3 onsites (45min each, with: manager, teammates, others), 1 take-home (~3-6hr).
The process was a little lengthy, so keep that in mind when timing offers. Otherwise, there was transparent communication and everyone was great to chat with.

1) Entretien Ressources Humaines : pour mieux connaître le candidat et mieux cerner ce que l'entreprise attend de son futur employé.
2) Entretien Manager : pour évaluer plus en détail les qualités du candidat et ce qui est attendu pour le poste.
3) Entretien Developers : pour confirmer le niveau technique du candidat sur base de code review.
4) Entretien Product Owners/SCRUM Masters : pour déterminer comment le candidat interagit avec ses collègues, ses supérieur hiérarchiques, les clients, ...
