I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unity (Toronto, ON) in May 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about the position, scheduled an interview, changed the date the day before, and then never showed up. I never heard from her again. I did not even apply for this job, so the entire experience was very confusing and disappointing. Very unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unity (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews but I felt the company favours one candidate over other. Like they have made up their mind of whom to hire but still they want to interview other candidates just for the sake of taking interviews.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview Process was straightforward: Initial call then a series of calls with team leads including the Hiring Manager. The layout was standard but it was a really good insight to the types of people you'll be working with and you can get a good perspective on the company itself through the process.
