3 rounds of interviews first with a round of interview with hr, then with the manager of the department you desire to work with, and finally head of the department.

3 rounds, the first round was with the team manager, the second round was a panel of questions with the team, and the third round was a take-home assignment. The questions were a bit difficult to grasp the wording and it was difficult to read if they were pleased with my answers or not on the calls.

I went through all 3 interviews, and after 3 weeks of silence started pinging recruiters. They never reached back to me or replied. I had to email one of the managers who interviewed me (he shared his email with me during the interview call), and only after that, I got a reply from one of the recruiters. I think that it's not okay for a company at a certain level to ghost candidates, especially on senior/lead levels.
