The interviewers were extremely sweet and very straightforward in all of their questions. It was clear that their intentions were not to grill the interviewee, but to actually get to know the possibility of their new hire and if they can really do the work. Overall, a great experience and it was lovely chatting with all of them.

I applied through a referral. First, I had an initial phone call with a recruiter. Then, I had an in-person interview at the Unity office with a manager from a parallel team, which lasted one hour. After that, I received a home assignment- a business simulation. The final stage was presenting the assignment via Zoom.

The home assignment was a simulation in which I needed to present a growth plan for a client. The goal was to evaluate my presentation style and thinking process. I presented it to a panel of 4-5 people from the department.
