I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Austin, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process took 2 or 3 stages, primarily centered around a group presentation of sorts, wherein applicants would role play as a Unity team lead speaking at a career fair as if they were recruiting new business development representatives for the company. This was work, but it honestly gave you a chance to showcase your creativity and design skills with the presentation you created plus your presentation and public speaking skills, themselves.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you think is the most effective method of outreach to prospects? Calls, emails, both? Why?
1 recruiter call, 1 take home assessment, 2 interviews with mixed technical and behavioral questions. It was a very smooth process with lots of communication with the recruiter. The interviews were not too difficult
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Mar 2024
Interview
I interviewed at Unity 3 times. Each time they approached me. Each time they rejected me. Stop coming back if you don't want to hire me.
Seriously like a toxic ex-relationship
