The interview consisted mostly of competency-based questions.
Ability to work with Teams (Skills & Personality)
Ability to deal with Change
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was really quick and efficient. Started with a call with a tech recruiter, they quickly set up an interview with the hiring manager.
The next stage was three more interviews ranging from the tech team, a peer and a director.
The final stage was a culture fit style interview with a senior manager/director.
At all stages they were very open and communicative - was one of the most friendly and informative interview processes I have ever gone through.

Question 1
Give examples of when you have gone bold, gone over and above your job to ensure you can get the best possible outcome.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unity (Stratford-upon-Avon, England) in Apr 2020
Interview
Due to the Covid pandemic the whole process was handled remotely using Zoom and organised by email. There were a few stages, from an initial conversation with the recruiter to a competency based interview with the hiring manager and then onto various conversations with the teams and stakeholders I would be working with. These were either 1-2-1 or in small groups and were on the most part informal chats rather than traditional interviews. The organisation of these sessions was great as they use an online calendar for you to book your availability in, making it easy to organise around work commitments or childcare.
Normally the team/stakeholder interviews would be carried out on one day in the office but as this wasn't possible they were scheduled separately over a two week period. This was the only downside to the process that from initial conversation to offer it took three months. However, meeting the people I would be working with and getting to ask lots of questions was invaluable and gave me a proper insight into the organisation and culture.
