I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2018
Interview
Good process, good questions, not a traditional environment for a UX Designer but then again they rarely are with the title being used so sparingly by software companies. Great perks being offered, studio is still growing and trying to find their structure. Something didn't feel right about the place, but still not sure what.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Brighton, Inglaterra) in Mar 2016
Interview
The team lead contacted me to discuss the possibility of me doing some freelance work. The lead then told me that they were hiring somebody with my skills for a full-time position, and encouraged me to apply. I had a phone interview and an on-site interview, and I spent half a day in a training session with the team to get to know them. Finally, I had a meeting to discuss salary and confirm my acceptance of the offer.
