I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Feb 2019
Interview
Great experience from start to finish. Recruiters were highly professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Interview panels had clearly taken the time to review my background and were punctual.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2019
Interview
I was phone screened by the recruiter, then the Hiring Manager. I was then invited onsite to meet with the hiring manager and other members of the team. I showed up despite my broken ankle. The communication flowed until the face to face, after that I got dropped like a hot potato and had to chase the recruiter for feedback. They gave me the usual rejection speech then proposed another position, then ghosted me. Again. All I'm trying to say is that they did not fail the bad recruiter rep: timely communication ,transparency, respect, and consideration were not part of this process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Unity (Brighton, Inglaterra) in Mar 2019
Interview
I have followed Unity already quite some time and applied originally via LinkedIn for a different role. Unity kept my CV and by staying in touch with them, the recruiter came back to me considering my skill set for this better-fitted role. The entire recruitment process was incredibly well organized and the communication was outstanding. It was a great experience throughout.
