Interview
Had a first round interview with HR which was a typical first round interview. Was told that the HR Manager would forward my resumé and application to a hiring manager and if he likeds my profile, they would invite me for another interview. If not, the HR Manager promised to get back to me with feedback on the reason not.
Never heard back. Yet, Unity has the audacity to ask me to a "Candidate Survey" in order to improve the "Candidate Experience" at Unity.
Could have been more professional.
Incredibly long process (5 interviews), though was treated with respect throughout, with good communications and a responsive recruiter. Fair questions with a STAR based approach, meeting with a mixture of peers, managers, and those on teams we'd be working closely with

Question 1
Tell me about a time you've had to give difficult feedback to a colleague. How did you approach this?
Not too many steps, but months of waiting in between. The people are working in the company are very nice and there was transparency in the salary range and other benefits.
